Quins, Galashiels

Quins, Galashiels

We've already mentioned Quins in Galashiels as a great eating place. But it's also a prime place for coffee, especially strong capaccino (they'll give you a jug of hot milk if it's just too much), and floaty-light-on-the-inside-almost-crispy-on-the-outside cheese scones made by Maria in the kitchen. If you go in the morning they'll probably still be wafting and warm. So we've drifted from a shed coffee shop theme to a cheese scone theme... mmmm!
